Arch Wireless Provides Notice of $15 Million Note Redemption
WESTBOROUGH, Mass., Nov. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arch Wireless, Inc. , a
leading wireless messaging and mobile information company, today announced that
its wholly owned subsidiary, Arch Wireless Holdings, Inc. ("AWHI"), has notified
The Bank of New York, as trustee, of its intention to redeem $15 million
compounded value of its 12% Subordinated Secured Compounding Notes due 2009 on
December 31, 2003 to holders of record as of December 16, 2003.
Upon completion of the December 31, 2003 optional redemption, AWHI expects to
have outstanding $60 million in aggregate compounded value of 12% Notes. The 12%
Notes trade in the over-the-counter market with the CUSIP number 039392-AB-1.
