NEW YORK, March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the units of Santa Monica Media Corporation under the ticker symbol MEJ.U. Located in Delaware, Santa Monica Media Corporation is a newly organized company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset or stock acquisition or other similar business combination with an operating business in the communications, media, gaming and/or entertainment industries. The offer size is 12.5M units at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $100M. One unit equals one share of common stock and one warrant.
