NEW YORK, Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Inc.'s 10.75% Equity Linked Securities (ELKS) based upon the American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce. Priced at $10 with an initial offer size of 4,500,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol ECC and has a maturation date of December 8, 2006. This equity will trade under the symbol ECC.WI on November 23 only. The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Incorporated. The Amex specialist unit is AGS/STR/OTA.
