NEW YORK, April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that Alejandro Przygoda will join the Firm as a Managing Director based in New York to lead our advisory efforts in the insurance sector. Mr. Przygoda, 41, has been heading the Global Insurance practice of UBS, where he has been a Managing Director for six years. Prior to that he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the Financial Institutions Group, where he spent nearly ten years. Prior to his time at Credit Suisse, he was a Chief Financial Officer of General Re's Argentine subsidiary. Robert F.
