Additional Listing
Application has been made for the admission of 694,444 new ordinary shares of
0.2p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company. Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 23
April 2003.
