Application has been made for the admission of 6,666,666 new ordinary shares of
0.2p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.



The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.  Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 1
April 2003.



The shares have been issued to clients of Matrix Enterprise Fund as a result of
a placing for cash at 6p per share to raise #400,000 of additional working
capital for the Company.
