                                 Results of AGM


At the Annual General meeting held earlier today (the "AGM"), all the
Resolutions were duly passed, including that approving the change of Company
name to Bella Media Plc.


At the AGM it was also reported that preparations for the development of the
Springfield Project (the Company's first IMAX cinema) as previously set out in
the circular to shareholders dated 14 July 2003 are progressing satisfactorily
as planned.
