Video System First for City's e-tran Buses and Light Rail LOVELAND, Colo., July 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- A4S Security, Inc. Installation of the ShiftWatch system will begin in third quarter of this year. The e-tran transit system, which began service in January, 2005, is expected to grow to 55 units in the next 12 months.
