                        RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



ZTC Telecommunications Plc (LSE AIM: ZTC.L), a fast growing China-based
designer, assembler and marketer of mobile phone handsets, announces that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were passed.



Frank Lewis, Chairman of ZTC, commented, "I am pleased to report that the
Company continues to trade strongly and we will give a further update on
progress when we announce our interim results in March."
