That's why so many have invested in cannabis companies.Tens of thousands of perfectly ordinary people take illegal cannabis bought on the tolerated black market to ease pain.That situation is unsustainable, and both regulation and deregulation will come in, as is happening now, to improve the lives of tens of millions of people.It's land grab time, early mover time, most of today's cannabis companies will be X10 x20 x30 in two or three years time. And the world will be a better place.

You asked for my view and I gave it to you. I get the whole start up companies take a while to make a profit, but this lot are missing their targets with monotonous regularity = they are misleading investors. And don't waffle about small discounts for placings, the share price was at 70p before the 60p placing and it dipped to below 40p, that's not a small discount. But if you think that its worth more than 20x revenue at this stage that's fine, its your view. But why do the rampers feel its fine to attack me because I hold a different view.

Terminator. Your comments apply to all early stage companies.The stock market is there to enable new companies to grow. It always takes several years for new companies to make a profit. During which time they raise cash in the markets from investors who see the potential future profits. The value of the company grows even though some years from profitability.You are just scaremongering in a generic way. Placings - of course there'll be placings, that's how new businesses are funded. Often, a placing is at a discount, and the price temporarily drops before recovering and going onto the next level which the placing enabled. It's best to understand that and for investors to see the other side.You are just a pillock effectively trying to stop a new business which is trying to ease pain in people where other painkillers don't work. Go and do something useful to mankind instead of destructive. Try a better way to earn a crust than shorting and slagging. Traders usually lose the lot anyhow.

The company has very little control over what the shares are worth,as a new startup company during the worst pandemic the world as seen they need to be given some leeway to get going.

Its simply not worth a market cap of nearly £100 million. They are a long way from making an actual profit and at best their revenue for this year will be £4/5million & valuing the company at more than 20 x revenue is just bonkers no matter how good you think the prospects. Add to that they put in place death spiral finance = they couldn't get normal financing in place. Yes that's now been replaced but at what cost. It's clear they still need money to get this off the ground so where is that going to come from if not further placings? Then you have the simple truth they have missed every single target they have ever set, so why would you believe them now.
