They seem to have forgotten to update us on the thousands of stores i Europe that were preparing to stock which they made on 10th September 2020 over 7 months ago..

Further to the announcement on 2 September 2020 that Zoetic was in final negotiations of an international distribution contract, the Company is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with a major new international distributor for its Chill brand of tobacco alternative CBD products (the "Agreement"). The Agreement will see the Company's premium CBD offering reach consumers in over 15 markets across the European Union, with thousands of stores making preparations to stock the Chill range.

Seems like yet another lie exposed. They just make it up as they go along to try to support the price. Who are they trying to con? UK retail investors who they think wont know any better and swallow this rubbish up.

Oh and the websites have been revamped as previously they made all the claims they shouldnt have been doing in contravention of the FDA. Spun nicely again into a positive.

anyway, let the market makers push it up as retaily reads this and things its good news as its spun, then people who can see whats going on sell later in the day. Money to be made on their strategy of buying ahead of news and waiting for the puffery then selling to retail that believes the waffle. Would be interesting to see what returns you would have made buying on the day of each news at 8am and selling in the afternoon. Seems like a guarenteed trade

ooops in February we were told "AATAC rollout has commenced with initial 10,000 stores committed during next phase". Now its only 3,500 by July? oh dear that is a profit warning masked by the usual fluffery. Whats even more worrying is that if this is best they can possibly say in a trading update then those interim numbers are going to be a disaster. If they stopped trying to ramp the excitement with nothing waffle and just came clean instead of treating UK investors like idiots then i would start to gain some respect. My beef isnt with the bulls, its with the company that continues to lie and mislead people. Come clean, say its all very difficult and slow with little money, let the shares go to a sensible level and then build a story of honesty and the price will recover into that. Their issues, no doubt with people like John Story in their ear, is that they are forever trying to puff to justify a £170m market cap. You just cant do it without treating people like fools. That is why this is going to go down substantially first. Will they eventually build a business worth £170m? who knows maybe in years to come but right now based on all this its worth maybe £17m.

Nothing in the Update about Zoetic being stocked in UK high street retailers. May need to await full Novel Food approval.

as to when the brand was launched, it was two years ago now - go read all the excisting announcements. We were told it was in nearly 100 stores and it was all so amazingly successful...that have pulled it from all those stores and there were ZERO stores sales to September. You are either blind or stupid. Most likely both i suspect. xxx love Investrip

so you don't deny your investrip handle? analcyst you continue to seep puss to support your IG bet. what fda letter? no one has elannounced any investigation or even receipt of a complaint. 2 years ago zoetic were still in the fracking industry it's only 6 months since the roll out started under covid restrictions. When will you stop dodging the question, in the meantime we all await with excitement to see how you will again dodge giving a timeline forecast for the collapse of zoetic and the 5p share price you keep waffling on about.

TellSid - looks like you just joined to club of 'make up lies as you go along'. Utter nonsense, for the record i woundlt buy a single share of this hyped up company with nothing under the hood. Anyone owning stock in this company valued at £170m is for sure going to lose their money.

bo90 - not sure when it gets to 5p. Could be quick if the FDA gives them a 15 day warning letter for all the medical claims they made online which is not permitted. May take longer for investors to realise that this is one of those perennial jam tomorrow stories that will never come good as they have no money, a product thats been in the market 2 years now that nobody is buying, and just keep the plates spinning. Thats OK if you a a small company (which this is), but not when you have been ramped to an astronomical valuation. Sooner or later you cant keep spinning the yarn as investors get wise. I think we are very close to that point now. Next results will be meaningless yet there will be endless paragraphs of its all going to be great. People are just not buying that anymore after 2 years. Its show and tell time and that a problem for them now.
