Remember reading that zeehan zinc had (a good acreage of) unexplored tenements around the area of the zinc mine, stretching probably towards the working nickel mine at Avebury 10km away (owned by OZ). With the powers of modern day seismics, maybe it's possible for Creat to cherrypick new mining sites (close to Avebury, geologically speaking) for a new nickel mine. This being the real reason they bought in, and not for the zinc mine at all.

Another good day. Looking at the number of buys I wonder if something has leaked? I would guess very significant news is imminent.

Looks like existing shareholders 30% of 453 mn = 146 mn shares. Could be short. The 19.6 mn traded today (mostly buys) is a significant part of this. Also 4 mn traded yesterday.

Following this issue of equity, Creat Group's shareholding in the Company will increase to 317,300,000 ordinary shares with voting rights representing an increase from 6.2% to 70.0% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. As such, the interest of the existing shareholders will be significantly reduced from 93.8% to 30% of the entire share capital.

The total issued share capital in the Company following the issue of shares to the Creat Group will be 453,276,674 ordinary shares with voting rights and the Subscription Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing issued ordinary shares.

Sorry to see you been unlucky like me in not getting any ZZL shares.
I was aware they had 1p placing before the rise, although I did not have any funds. Had it been a week later I could of bought £500 worth through a friend on a T20.
