AGM NOTICE UPDATE

Further to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") Notice issued on 20 October 2022, ZCCM Investments Holdings PLC ("the Company") wishes to inform its Shareholders that the Notes to Shareholders ("the Notes") will be distributed to Shareholders physically or electronically from Wednesday, 26(th) October 2022. The Notes will also be available from Wednesday, 26(th) October 2022 until 15(th) November 2022 at 10:00 hours at the Company's registered office ZCCM-IH Office Park, Stand No. 16806, Alick Nkhata Road, Mass Media Complex Area, Lusaka.

Consequently, the window for signing up for virtual attendance to the Meeting shall be open on Wednesday, 26(th) October 2022 and automatically close at the commencement of the Meeting on Tuesday, 15(th) November 2022 at 10:00 hours. The online registration will commence at 08:00 hours on the day of the meeting. A shareholder who does not register before the start of the meeting will not be able to do so when the meeting starts.
