    The Your Space board hereby announces that further to the convertible loan agreement between Your Space and YA Global Investments, L.P.
(f/k/a Cornell Capital Partners, LP) dated 19 December 2007 (the "Agreement") and notified to the market on 21 December 2007, the Company
has received notice that YA Global Investments has converted, in total £175,000 of the principal loan amount (the "Conversion Amount") into
ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

    Pursuant to the Agreement, the Conversion Amount is convertible at a rate which is the lower of the market price at the date of the
issue of the Agreement and 80% of the market price at the date of conversion. 

    The date of the first conversion was 31 July 2008 whereby £100,000 of the principal loan amount was converted into Ordinary Shares. The
volume weighted average price for the 5 trading days immediately preceding the date of the conversion notice to the Company was £0.622602,
therefore the conversion price was 80% of £0.622602, amounting to £0.4980816. As a result of this conversion, Your Space has allotted and
applied for 200,770 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 19 January 2009.

    The date of the second conversion was 13 October 2008 whereby £50,000 of the principal loan amount was converted into Ordinary Shares.
The volume weighted average price for the 5 trading days immediately preceding the date of the conversion notice to the Company was
£0.254886, therefore the conversion price was 80% of £0.254886, amounting to £0.2039088. As a result of this conversion, Your Space has
allotted and applied for 245,208 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 19 January
2008.

    The date of the third conversion was 9 January 2009 whereby £25,000 of the principal loan amount was converted into Ordinary Shares. The
volume weighted average price for the 5 trading days immediately preceding the date of the conversion notice to the Company was £0.1275,
therefore the conversion price was 80% of £0.1275, amounting to £0.1020. As a result of this conversion, Your Space has allotted and applied
for 245,098 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 19 January 2009.

    As a result of the conversions, Your Space has allotted and applied for 691,076 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM on 19 January
2009. This amounts to approximately 3% of the issued share capital in the Company. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary Shares in issue and increase the issued share capital to 22,648,709.
