Hi guys, not been on here for a while but just been reading all your comments regarding Mr Mealing, dont want to sound abit stupid but what is it that he has done that has caused major financial embarrassment for YSP?

JIM, may be the advisers and directors know the truth and rationally wouldn't buy? They may as well pour cash down a grid.

Well since wednesday morning we have lost a 1/3 of our value (5p) I would like to know when and if any of the big boys( Hellium, Directors, or the funds) are ever going to show any faith in this co.by buying stock,there has been no buying of any substatual amount for about a year the last being hellium of which he paid 70 pence . Oh and of course our own Wirral 40,000 @ about 20p.I know times and money are difficult at the moment but unless people start to show some faith in the company we will see the share price at 1 or 2 pence which would be a shame as i still think this is a good co. with very good prospects and the right products for this enviroment, so come on and buy not sell lets see this go the other way. I myself bought another 800 on Wednesday morning at 16 pence. Bulldog spirit and all that.......... JIM

I find so offensive to sneakily chuck this RNS in at the end of the year. We must be rational about the implications here- will it materially affect the trading of the Company? I would hope Mealey mouth will be ablle to stump up some other security and what are his other Business interests?

@wirralfinance- to follow up on what you said about the serviced office market:

I have a company that is in serviced offices at the moment and was chatting to the managers about how it was going. It is a big block in a secondary area in London and is running at 96% occupancy at the moment and they are not giving discounts (I believe them when they say this as the place is packed and I have spoken to a few people who have moved in recently).

On the other hand I have been deluged by offers from prime blocks (Mayfair/St James, Marble Arch etc) who are offering very deep discounts and appear to be relatively empty.

So the market seems to be pretty healthy as long as the very top end is avoided- in line with the Yourspace positioning.

Somebody's still selling,another 25,000 this morning,i presume this is atill the destressed seller you talk about Wirral, lets hope it's coming to an end. The results are pritty good and the finance is in place i would expect the price to start going up from here, at least to a more realistic level 50-60 pence in the fairly short term in my oppinion. Happy new year to all by the way and lets hope we are at the bottom here. JIM

Results look possitive, and the fundings in place,theyb are talking about bringing the dividend back next year, looks good to me in these uncertain times. JIM
