by Dix & Eaton over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that some of the
information in the paragraph describing ICI Paints was incorrect due to an
error by Dix & Eaton.

     communications and customer retention program following ICI Paints'
     October 2004 acquisition of 15 Kelly-Moore paint stores in Houston and

     program is designed to help customers smoothly transition from the
     Kelly-Moore Paint Company line to ICI Paints brands in these local
     stores only. The Kelly-Moore Paint Company and ICI Paints remain
     separate business entities and ICI Paints has no plans to acquire any
     additional portion of the Kelly-Moore Paint Company at this time.  ICI
     Paints manufactures and distributes leading paint brands including
     Glidden, Dulux, Ralph Lauren and This Old House in addition to Liquid
     Nails caulks and adhesives.
