    ("YCO Deuxmil" or the "Company")

    Admission to AIM

    Following the passing of all resolutions at yesterday's General Meeting, in particular, the ordinary resolution approving the
consolidation of every seven existing ordinary shares of 0.05p each into one new ordinary share of 0.35p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), the Company announces the admission today of, in aggregate, 47,932,346 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM.

    Following the General Meeting and Admission, Charles Birkett and Gary Wright have been appointed as directors of the Company.

    The following additional information on Charles Birkett and Gary Wright is provided in accordance with Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules
for Companies ("AIM Rules"):

    Charles Nicholas Keith Birkett is currently a director of the following companies: WBC Maritime Limited, YCO Limited, YCO London
Limited, YCO S.A.M. and YCO SARL.

    Gary Wright is currently a director of the following companies: SCI Oceanic, WBC Maritime Limited, YCO Limited, YCO London Limited and
YCO S.A.M..

    There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.
