The Company reports the following transactions in common shares of the Company by Senior Officers of the Company on 18 
June 2013. All prices are in Canadian dollars, unless noted otherwise. The common shares were issued upon the vesting of 
previously issued restricted share units of the Company. In addition, a further 75,816 common shares were issued to 
certain other non-senior officers of the Company upon vesting of previously issued restricted share units of the Company 
at $11.49 per share for the vesting on 17 June 2013.
