Xploite plc (the "Company") has been advised on 26 June of the following sales 
of shares in the Company by Ian Smith, Chief Executive, and Anthony Weaver, 
Chief Operating Officer. 
 
On 25th June 2009, Ian Smith sold 1,700,000 shares of 10p each at 49 pence per 
ordinary share. Ian Smith now holds an interest of 5,956,233 ordinary shares in 
the Company, representing approximately 14.6 per cent. of its issued ordinary 
share capital. 
 
 
On 25th June 2009, Anthony Weaver sold 1,200,000 shares of 10p each at 49 pence 
per ordinary share. Anthony Weaver now holds an interest of 803,500 ordinary 
shares in the Company, representing some 1.97 per cent. of its issued ordinary 
share capital. 
 
 
Both directors have indicated that they do not intend to sell any further shares 
for at least the next twelve months.
