    Result of General Meeting
    At today's General Meeting for Xpertise Group PLC ("Xpertise" or the "Company") none of the ordinary or special resolutions as set out
in the Notice of General Meeting, dated 23 July 2008, were passed.  The results of the polls were as follows:

    This result follows the announcement, on 22 August 2008, of the offer (the "Offer") by QA-IQ Investments (UK) Limited for Xpertise's
entire issued and to be issued share capital.
    As a result the Company will not be completing the Acquisition of Parity Training Limited or the associated Placing.
    At this time the Board is still considering its response to the Offer. In the meantime, the Company advises shareholders to take no
action. A further announcement will follow in due course.
