QA-IQ Holdings Limited and QA-IQ Investments (UK) Ltd. ("QA-IQ Bidco") announce
that the Offer Document in respect of the recommended and increased cash offer
by Lincoln International on behalf of QA-IQ Bidco, a wholly owned subsidiary of
QA-IQ Holdings Ltd, for Xpertise Group PLC ("Xpertise"), which was announced on
27 August 2008, was posted on 29 August 2008.

Copies of the Offer Document will be available for inspection during normal
business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted)
whilst the Offer remains open for acceptance at the offices of DLA Piper LLP, 3
Noble Street, London, EC2V 7EE.
