                                Grant of Options



The Board of Xpertise Group PLC (AIM: XPG) announces that on 7 April 2008 a
total of 600,000 Options over the Company's Ordinary Shares were granted to
executive directors of the Company and a subsidiary training company, pursuant
to the existing Xpertise Group PLC EMI Share Option Scheme and the existing
Xpertise Group PLC Unapproved Share Option Scheme.

The Options were granted with an exercise price of 94p subject to satisfaction
of challenging performance criteria which requires an improvement in earnings
per share (as specifically defined for this purpose) of 30% per annum in each of
the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 for all the Options to vest.

Following the grant, the interests of Directors in Options are as follows:
