Pursuant to a corporate reorganisation, Lynx Limited has sold its entire holding
of 1,158,273 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 8p each in Xpertise Group
PLC (being 20.56%) to certain of its shareholders.


Richard Last, Chairman and non Executive Director of the Company and Chief
Executive of Lynx Limited, purchased 600,586 Ordinary Shares on 14 December 2007
at a price of 114 pence per share. As a consequence of this transaction, he is
now interested in 710,586 Ordinary Shares of 8p each, representing approximately
12.61% of the Company's issued share capital.


Mark Hatton, non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 90,087 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 114 pence per shares on the same date. Following this
transaction, Mr Hatton is interested in 101,299 Ordinary Shares of 8p each,
representing approximately 1.80% of the Company's issued share capital.


Xpertise also notifies the following Holding(s) in the Company:


Following an acquisition by Mr Paul Sinnett, a Director of Lynx Limited, on 14
December 2007, he is now beneficially interested in 300,293 Ordinary Shares,
representing 5.33% of the Company's issued share capital.


The remaining shares held by Lynx Limited have been sold to other shareholders
of Lynx Limited, none of whom holds a disclosable interest.


Lynx Limited no longer holds a beneficial interest in the issued share capital
of the Company.
