Approval to trade on NASDAQ OMX First North
XCounter AB (AIM: XCT) ("XCounter" or the "Company"), a technology leader in the development and supply of specialty X-ray detectors, announces that it has received approval from the NASDAQ OMX First North for the Company's shares to be admitted to trading.
Therefore the Company can confirm its previously announced timetable for cancellation of its shares to trading on AIM and admission to NASDAQ OMX First North. The last day of trading in the Company shares on AIM is expected to be the 6(th) December 2011 and shares in XCounter are expected to commence trading on the NASDAQ OMX First North on the 7(th) December 2011.
As part of the move to NASDAQ OMX First North shareholders are advised that the Company will be reporting quarterly financials from Q1 2012.
Following the move to NASDAQ OMX First North shareholders who wish to trade their shares in the Company can do so through Euroclear certified nominees and banks, a list of participant firms can be found on XCounter's website: www.xcounter.se.
