On 17 October 2018 the Company received several TR-1 forms relating to historic disclosures from Artemis Investment Management LLP (on behalf of discretionary funds under management) ("Artemis") in respect of the period between December 2012 and March 2018. For the avoidance of doubt, the most recent TR-1 form dated 9 March 2018 (released at 17:00 on 17 October 2018 under RNS number 3927E) states that the resultant holding of Artemis was 14,052,192 ordinary shares, representing 19.38% of the Company's share capital.
