PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 2 January 2018, that on that date, Douglas McCormick, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,245 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48.8p each and that Jeremy Beeton, Chairman, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 47.8p.

Following these transactions Douglas McCormick's total beneficial shareholding is 20,495 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the total voting rights in the Company, and Jeremy Beeton's total beneficial shareholding is 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the total voting rights in the Company.
