NOTICE OF CANCELATION OF AIM TRADING FACILITY

The Company announces that further to the recommended cash offer by Bureau
Veritas SA becoming unconditional in all respects, the Company gives notice that
it intends to cancel the AIM trading facility in the Company's shares.  The
cancellation of the AIM trading facility will be effective from the close of
business, 3 July 2003.
