Board Changes

Weeks announces that following the recommended offer by Bureau Veritas SA 
("Bureau Veritas") becoming unconditional in all respects, the non-Executive
directors of the Company, John Low, Chairman, and Brian Trafford today resigned
as directors and Francois Tardan, Olivier Guize and Martin Fotheringham were
today appointed as directors of the Company.  Olivier Guize was today appointed
Chairman of the Company in replacement of John Low.

The current and past directorships over the past five years of the new directors
are as follows:

Francois Tardan (aged 50)

Current Directorships - Plant Safety Ltd, ATL Group Holdings Ltd, ATL
Consulting Ltd, ATL Consulting Group Ltd, Acoustic Technology Ltd and TT
Neptunus Services Ltd.

Past Directorships - NETS (Plant Safety) Ltd and Nuclear Structures
(Protection) Ltd;

Olivier Guize (aged 40)

Current Directorships - Plant Safety Ltd and Bureau Veritas Quality
International Ltd.

Past Directorships - NETS (Plant Safety) Ltd and Nuclear Structures
(Protection) Ltd.

Martin Fotheringham (aged 38)

Current Directorships - none

Past Directorships - No 10 Cardigan Road (Richmond) Management Company
Limited.



There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(f) of the AIM
Rules.

In addition, as part of the integration of the Company within the Bureau Veritas
group, the Company has today changed its accounting reference date to 31
December and moved its registered office to Tower Bridge Court, 224 Tower Bridge
Road, London SE1 2TX.
