LOS ANGELES, April 13  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mpower Communications Corp.

wholesale business customers, today announced that it has been selected to
provide communications services for the California locations of Stock Building
Supply, the largest supplier of building materials to professionals in the
United States.

Under the terms of the two-year agreement, Mpower will be providing
communications services to 18 Stock Building Supply retail outlets, as well as
its corporate headquarters in Mission Hills, California.  Working with Mpower
offers many benefits to Stock Building Supply including the ability to manage
communications services and expenses across multiple locations on one bill. In
addition, with free LATA wide calling from Mpower, Stock Building Supply is
able to place a majority of its calls between stores, customers and suppliers
for no additional cost.
