WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. (“WillScot Mobile Mini” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: WSC), a North American leader in modular space and portable storage solutions, today announced it has acquired the dry rental storage fleet of Container Solutions based in Concord, California. The acquisition adds approximately 1,200 portable storage containers and mobile offices to the WillScot Mobile Mini fleet.

Container Solutions is retaining its rental fleet of refrigerated and temperature-controlled containers, as well as its container sales and modifications business.
