Result of General Meeting 
 
 
 
 
The Board is pleased to announce, that at the Company's General Meeting held 
earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.   Following the result of the 
General Meeting 108,533,333 new ordinary share of 1p each ("New Ordinary 
Shares") will be admitted to trading on AIM tomorrow at 8.00 a.m. 
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares the Company's issued share 
capital will comprise 265,780,908 ordinary shares of 1p each, being the figure 
which shareholders may use as the denominator for the calculations by which they 
are required to notify their interest in, or changes to their interest in, WFCA 
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company was established in 1994 to create a full service advertising agency 
specialising in direct response advertising. The business grew rapidly and was 
listed on AIM in January 2006. 
Significant growth was gained in April 2008 with the acquisition of WFCA 
Integrated Limited, a Tunbridge Wells based full service agency originally 
founded in 1996. With the Company's aim of building the business and 
accelerating growth this resulted in the achievement of gaining 28th place in 
the UK agency rankings published by Neilsen in February 2009, together with 
other significant achievements within the industry. 
The Company has a broad client list featuring household names and is able to 
provide a full advertising and marketing service.
