Exercise of Options
The Board of the Company announces that following the exercise of options by an
employee of the Company, under its EMI option agreement, 77,700 ordinary shares
of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted at an exercise
price of 2.14p per share.
Accordingly, an application has been made for New Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 19
October 2009.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of 1p each. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the
Company will increase to 265,858,608. All of these shares carry voting rights.
