Board Changes 
 
 
WFCA plc, the leading regional advertising and marketing agency, is pleased to 
announce the appointment of Robert Hamer to the Board of Directors as Non 
Executive Director, with immediate effect. 
 
 
Robert aged 60 has spent all of his working life in the communications and 
advertising sector and has held senior management positions in both the media 
world and advertising agencies. During this time he has built, purchased and 
sold many agencies and was latterly responsible for creating a Central Eastern 
Europe and Scandinavian network for Foote, Cone and Belding, the global American 
communications network. 
 
 
Robert has been awarded 1,000,000 options exercisable within two years at 2p per 
ordinary share; he currently holds no beneficial interest in the share capital 
of the Company. 
 
 
There is no further information requiring disclosure pursuant to AIM Rule 17, 
Paragraph 2 (g). 
 
 
The appointment is subject to a satisfactory result of background screening. 
 
 
The Company further announces that Bill Jones, Media Director has, with 
immediate effect, resigned from the Board to pursue other interests and the 
Company wishes him well for the future. He is also replaced in his role at the 
Agency by Mark Gallagher from Manning Gottleib OMD (where he is Executive Board 
Director, Press, Online and Search) and takes on the position of Media 
Director on the operating board of WFCA.
