6 August 2024. Pursuant to a reverse enquiry, and having obtained relevant supervisory consent, West Bromwich Building Society announces the purchase of £3,015,000 of its remaining Permanent Interest Bearing Shares (ISIN: GB00B0CX2M20) (the PIBS), which will subsequently be cancelled.

Following the partial purchase and cancellation, £4,832,000 in aggregate nominal amount of the PIBS will remain outstanding.
