- The Effective Date of the EPC contract is 1st April, 2010 
- The above contract amount is based on the exchange rate of KRW/USD 1,126.4, 
the market base rate of contract date 
- The contract amount is only for Hull Side. Regarding to Topside portion, It is 
scheduled to be determined by early 2011 on the basis of parameters included in 
the contract, and the results of the FEED study.
