30/6/2013 11:54 | Monday 1st July 2013 will be the date that determines the future of this company. The reason is this. It is clear the rebranding they referred to was a tie up of some sorts with MDC and its Intabet platforms, hence the appointment of PJ. The latest from Companies House is that a First Gazette GAZ1 will be issued against MDC on 2nd July 2013. A First Gazette is notification to the London Gazette that the process of dissolving the company has started. This is more often the case when accounts have not been filed within the regulatory time frame. Further information can be found on this matter from Companies House website which is a public forum. Someone has clearly got wind of this potentially damaging event hence the recent wave of selling. | pwhite73

25/6/2013 10:41 | why is he going to sell? cant see any company specific reason for the current weakness - most likely down on the summer aim madness - so maybe just maybe he has a longer term view! | moreforus
