Having read through the full doc, if I were disposed to gamble on the outcome of court cases, my money would be on WTG. In my completely unqualified opinion WTG have a 90% chance of getting the escrow money and their costs for defending this action.

Bad news for anyone stupid enough to buy into SGH at any point.

I suspect that Tom W has made a mistake over the strength of the S and G claim. I bought WTG again yesterday. It will take time to be resolved but, in due course, the improbable result of cash coming out of WTG will emerge.

WTG had recently announced that their defence would be filed imminently. The full hearing can't be far off and I'm looking forward to reading the judgement in detail. I have no interest in either WTG or S&G other than I was a QPP shareholder years ago. My interest in the legal case is to obtain an independent view of the arguments of both sides, rather than vested interests, especially as this concerned the sale of a legal services business to another legal services business, which subsequently failed in conspicuous fashion.

Is it your position that, without any knowledge of the evidence to be presented in court by the claimant, you have determined that Watchstone, nee Quindell, has no case (for alleged fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of warranty) to answer?

That's a garbage article.A company can't run business based on £600m fraudulent sales and do you believe SGH didn't make enough enquiry prior to purchase or they were too busy dreaming billion£gain!
