The Issuer is pleased to announce today that it has sold GBP100,000,000 in principal amount of its Bonds. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds, as detailed in the Bond Offering Circular dated 25(th) August 2015. Following the sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Bonds in issue will be GBP150,000,000 and there will be no remaining Retained Bonds held by or on behalf of the Issuer.
