              Subscription for Ordinary Shares by Burnbrae Limited

The Company is pleased to announce that Burnbrae has subscribed for 416,666,667
new Ordinary Shares at 0.12p per share raising a further #500,000 of working
capital for the Company, on the basis that it has received undertakings from
third parties to acquire all of these shares at the same price. 162,499,998 of
these Ordinary Shares have now been transferred, such that Burnbrae's holding in
the Company's issued share capital has increased to 1,595,075 shares
representing 50.8%, and the balance of the newly issued shares will be
transferred shortly.

As Burnbrae is a related party of the Company under the AIM rules, the directors
consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, that the terms
of the subscription are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are
concerned.
