Further to the appointment of George Brooksbank to the Board of the Company, as
required under the AIM Rules, the following information falls to be disclosed:

Mr Brooksbank was a director of a venture capital firm which led to his
appointment as a non-executive director of Sterling Financial Limited and ASL
Holdings Limited, which entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation in 1990
and administrative receivership in 1991 respectively. Mr Brooksbank was a
director of Brooksbanks Limited when it entered into creditors' voluntary
liquidation in February 1984.
