As the move from Woolston to Portsmouth reaches a successful conclusion, VT
Group plc (formerly Vosper Thornycroft Holdings plc) today announces
organisational changes to strengthen the management at VT Shipbuilding.


Peter McIntosh has been appointed Managing Director, Shipbuilding in succession
to Andrew Bunney.  Andrew Bunney moves to take on the new role of Managing
Director, Programmes, reporting to Peter McIntosh.  Peter McIntosh was
previously Managing Director of Fleet Support Limited, VT's joint venture with
BAE Systems.


As a consequence of these changes, Peter McIntosh replaces with immediate effect
Andrew Bunney on the board of VT Group plc.
