        NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 JANUARY 2007

Oxford, UK, 22 May 2007 - VASTox plc (AIM: VOX), a leading UK biotechnology
company, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 January
2007 on Tuesday, 29 May 2007.

A presentation to analysts will be held on this day at 09.30hrs at the offices
of Evolution Securities Ltd, 100 Wood Street, London EC2V 7AN.
