                           (the "Company" or "Vista")

                             Acquisition of Shares

Alan Rothwell, a non-executive director of Vista, notified the Company on 11
October 2006, that he had acquired 115,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the
share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the open market, at a price
of 5.75p per Ordinary Share on 9 October 2006.  Following this acquisition, Alan
Rothwell will have an interest in 577,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing approximately 3.70% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
