                        Result of EGM and Related Matters 
Result of EGM 
The Board of Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) is pleased to 
announce that, at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier 
today, the resolutions approving the proposed cancellation of the Ordinary 
Shares trading on AIM and application for admission of such shares to the 
Official List and to trading on the Main Market, the Company's restated 
investment policy and adopting new articles of incorporation were passed.  In 
the case of each resolution, votes were received in respect of 49,910,383 
Ordinary Shares, representing 75.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share 
capital, all of which were in favour of the resolutions. 
Resignation of Director 
As announced on 10 September 2010, Dr Cohen had advised the Board that he 
intended to stand down as a Director upon Shareholders approving the Migration. 
The Board confirms that Dr Cohen has resigned as a Director with effect from 
today.  Dr Cohen will continue to have a close involvement with the Company in 
his role as Senior Managing Director and President of VOC's investment manager. 
Timetable for Migration 
The Board now expects that the prospectus relating to the Company, which is 
required in connection with the Migration, will be published during October 2010 
and that the Migration will become effective on 1 November 2010.  A further 
announcement will be made in due course.
