Notification of Holding
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited ("VOC") (AIM: VOC.L), a closed-ended fund
traded on AIM that invests in companies with operations principally within
Greater China, today announces that on 29 October 2009 it was notified that as
at 29 October 2009 QVT Financial LP, as investment manager for QVT Fund LP and
Quintessence Fund L.P., has disposed of all of the ordinary shares it previously
held in the Company. QVT Financial LP previously reported holdings of 6,703,314
shares.
