    On 21 July 2008, The Ospraie Portfolio, Ltd. ("Ospraie"), a private investment fund managed by Ospraie Management, LLC, a discretionary
investment manager, notified Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited ("VOC") (AIM:VOC.L) that on 17 July 2008 it had disposed of  2,500,000
shares of VOC, thereby reducing its interests to less than 3% of VOC's issued share capital.
