    VISION OPPORTUNITY CHINA FUND LIMITED 
    NET ASSET VALUE AT 30 NOVEMBER 2008 
    Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited ("VOC") (AIM:VOC.L) today reports that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 30 November 2008 was
US$86,715,905.34.
    As at 30 November 2008, VOC had 100,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an
unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share of US$0.8672 as at that date.
    In line with the practice used to calculate October's published NAV, the NAV takes into account the obligation on the VOC group to
accrue for unpaid performance allocation which is expected to ultimately be allocated to VOC's investment manager, Vision Capital Advisors
("VCA"). The value of the non-cash element of the performance allocation relating to the period ended 30 September 2008 which will result in
the issue of partnership performance units to VCA (as described in VOC's admission document) has been marked to market at the closing
mid-price of VOC's Ordinary Shares on 30 November 2008. The NAV therefore takes into account the maximum amount which could have been
payable to VCA in respect of its accrued performance allocation as at 30 November 2008.
