                     VISION OPPORTUNITY CHINA FUND LIMITED

    NET ASSET VALUE AT 31 JANUARY 2008 AND ACQUISITION OF FINANCING VEHICLES

Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited ("VOC") (AIM:VOC.L) today reports that its
Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 31st January 2008 was US$95,189,652.61.

Vision has 100,000,000 shares in issue, which has resulted in an unaudited NAV
per share at 31st January 2008 of US$0.9519.

On February 7, 2008 Vision Opportunity China Limited ("VOC") (AIM: VOC.L)
invested $315,000 to acquire a significant position in Forme Capital Inc.
(OTCBB: FOCP) and on February 14, 2008 invested $317,500 to acquire a
significant position in Southern Sauce Co. (OTCBB: SSAU).  Both companies have
limited operations and the interests have been acquired with a view to
considering mergers or acquisitions solely with companies with operations in
Greater China.
