Net Asset Value at 19 August 2011
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 19 August 2011 was US$25.39 million (12 August 2011: US$45.28 million).
As at 19 August 2011, VOC had 65,289,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share of US$0.389 as at that date (12 August 2011: US$0.694).
The NAV reflects the capital distribution liability of approximately US$19.9 million (US$0.36063 per share or GBP0.1850 per share) which is payable as at 30 August 2011 to shareholders on the register as at 19 August 2011 as detailed in the circular sent to shareholders on 21 July 2011.
