Net Asset Value at 10 December 2010

Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 10 December 2010 was US$119.12 million (3 December 2010: US$126.27 million).

As at 10 December 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share of US$1.800 as at that date (3 December 2010: US$1.908).
